All photos, videos, text, community names, and tags in the App are uploaded and created by users, not provided by the developer. PICA serves solely as a platform tool for user community interaction and does not provide, own, or claim any rights to third-party content uploaded by users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to PICA. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely as needed to operate the service.

User-Generated Content Disclaimer: All visible photos, videos, community names, artist names, and tags in the App are content uploaded or created by users. PICA does not provide, own, endorse, or claim any rights to third-party content shared by users. Any public figure names or images appearing in the App are uploaded by users and do not represent endorsement, affiliation, or licensing with any entertainment company or artist.

Copyright & DMCA Notice: PICA respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information: a description of the allegedly infringing content, a description of your copyrighted work, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We will review and remove allegedly infringing content upon receipt of a valid notice.

You agree not to upload the following content:

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Content using others' likeness or personal data without authorization
